How Consultants Work

This page is the complete, authoritative explanation of the Consultant role on Frega. It forms part of Frega's Terms of Service by reference. If you have read anything about the Consultant role elsewhere that conflicts with this page, this page is correct.

What Is a Consultant?

A Consultant is a community member identified programmatically by Frega as competent and willing to help others use the platform. The role is invitation-only, merit-based, and available exclusively to personal account holders.

The role cannot be applied for. Frega identifies suitable candidates from within the existing user base based on observed platform competence and engagement, and extends an invitation when a suitable candidate has been identified.

This is not an employment position. Consultants are independent service providers responsible for their own tax affairs.

What Consultants Do

Consultants provide onboarding support and ongoing assistance to a portfolio of clients — business account holders assigned to them by the platform. This includes helping clients set up their accounts, answering questions about features and tools, assisting with Growth Points configuration, and helping clients understand their dashboard.

They use the Get Rid of the Red dashboard to help clients understand their activity and identify areas where support may be helpful.

Client Capacity and the Net Score System

A Consultant may be assigned up to 100 clients. Client assignments are made by Frega, not by the Consultant. The number of clients assigned depends on the Consultant's Net Score — Frega's proprietary performance measurement system, which assesses service quality and client engagement continuously.

A Consultant must maintain a sufficient Net Score to be assigned to their maximum capacity. Net Score is measured and updated on an ongoing basis and forms the basis of all Consultant performance oversight.

How Consultant Payments Work

Consultants receive variable payments from Frega's service revenue based entirely on platform service activity — not on introductions, recruitment, or network building. There are two components.

6% of own clients' fees

Every Consultant receives 6% of the service fees generated by their own clients' platform activity. This is the primary component of Consultant remuneration.

4% of assisted clients' fees

Every Consultant is also responsible for supporting up to four other Consultants assigned below them by Frega. This means being available to assist those Consultants, providing guidance when needed, and stepping in to support their clients if a Consultant is away or unavailable. In recognition of these responsibilities, the overseeing Consultant receives 4% of the service fees generated by those Consultants' clients.

Equally, every Consultant has a Consultant assigned above them by Frega, who performs the same overseeing role for them — available to assist and to step in for their clients when necessary. That overseeing Consultant receives 4% of the fees generated by their clients in turn.

Important: Consultant payments are variable and depend entirely on client activity. They should not be considered a reliable or primary source of income. No earnings projections or typical earnings figures are provided or implied.

The Consultant Structure

Every Consultant sits within a two-tier structure simultaneously. They have a Consultant assigned above them by Frega, who provides assistance and is available to step in for their clients when necessary. They also have up to four Consultants assigned below them by Frega, for whom they perform the same overseeing role.

All allocations within this structure are made exclusively by Frega, based on Net Score and capacity. Consultants do not choose who is above or below them, and do not recruit other Consultants into the structure.

There are no titles within the Consultant structure. Every Consultant holds the same role — the position above or below is a function of the platform's allocation, not a rank or graduation. A Consultant receives additional Consultants to oversee as a matter of course, provided their Net Score remains adequate.

Payment travels only one level in each direction. A Consultant receives 4% of the fees of the clients of those immediately below them, and the Consultant immediately above them receives 4% of their clients' fees. There is no cascade beyond one level in either direction.
