They may receive variable payments based on their clients' service usage — not for recruitment or network building. Every Consultant is supported by a more experienced Consultant, ensuring consistent service quality. These are not employment positions.
Licensees represent Frega in specific local areas, providing hands-on support that complements our digital tools. They pay a fee to secure their appointment. These fees are not investments and do not provide equity. Licensees are paid for the coordination services they deliver — not for community spending or network growth.
